Draught@Panema, Helsinki. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is sweet fruits, nectar, some tropical fruits as well as mild spices and some yeast. Flavour is wooden, floral, some fruit juice as well as some slight spiciness. Low on bitterness and not too sour either...

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, off-white head. Lovely noble rot aroma, sweet, yet sour. Acetic acid and wild yeast. Medium body, sweet overripe apples, woody with dry vanilla accents. Actually some finishing bitterness. Lovely and complex. 110323
