Bouteille 37.5cl @ Dynamo, partagée avec Vincent. Blend# 151, BB 25/11/2031, bottled 11/2021. 8% abv.
Pâle, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme prend de suite une approche lambicesque, léger rétro-nasla de Bourbon, vanille délicate.
Palais garde une base de funk avec clairement un souhait de répliquer un lambic - ici, c'est délicat et bien exécuté. Léger funk, Bourbon est bien placé sans être surfait. Petite note rappelant l'abricot confit avec une légère oxydation en fin de bouche.

Flaska från SB. Disig varmgul vätska med lågt vitt skum. Friskt syrlig doft syrlig frukt och lite funk. Väldigt harmonisk, nästen lite len och mjuk i munnen vilket kontrasterar fint med den friska syrligheten. Citrus, syrliga äpplen, snäll vinäger, lite stall, strå och fat. Mycket gott

Bottle. Clear, deep golden body under a small white head. Aroma has malt, oak, alcohol, mild funk and a little hint of butterscotch. Taste is balanced sour/sweet and funky with mild, smooth malt, wood a touch of Bourbon and toffee. Medium body with same sweet & sour aftertaste. Smooth and delicate.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, sárga szín. Tömény uborkás, leheletnyit savanykás illat. Uborkás, picit savanykás, enyhén sós ízek. Könnyű, enyhén szénsavas, nem keserű. Olyan, mintha kissé erjedésnek indult uborkasaláta lenne. Ez most nem jött be.
