Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a smallish white head. Dry, tart apple aroma - almost cidery. Clearly some Brett in the nose as well. Has a light, dry body, minerally, salty even, again very dry apple notes and a decent Bretty note. Funny how rosehips come out as dry apples! Kinda grows on you. One of the most Bretty Brekeriet beers so far - nice. 260713

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with huge floaties and hardly any head. Some apples in the nose and actually quite some Brett. Medium body, quite some carbonation, a dry fruitiness with lovely funky notes. Ends dryish and tart. Lovely indeed. 120713

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a frothy and very dense light brown head with excellent retention. Sweet vanillaish roast with only the slightest hint of funk. Medium body, lovely, pleasant roast, thick and friendly. Some late coffee accents. No Brett notes to speak of really. 120713

Bottle at home in London - many thanks to Fredrik for the hook-up! Pours clear, yellow-gold, outrageously effervescent with a massive, frothy white head that just continues to grow beyond the lip of the glass. The aroma gives off tons of bretty funk, lots of barnyard character, plenty of poo, grass, wet hay. Light to medium sweet flavor with pale, doughy bread malts, more funk though less intense than in the nose, a bit of lemon merengue, ripened white grapes, melon, poo, light bitter hay. Moderate sweetness to finish, very slight dryness, more doughy white bread malts, poo, hay, drying citrus, faint lemon peel. Solid stuff overall. (Score: 3.9, 7/1/2013)

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours unclear yellow with a white cream top. Light brett funk, lemon in the nose. Light sweet flavor with great balance, good citrus, melon, further bretty funk, dry wheat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and nicely balanced on the finish with light yeast and dry, pale bread. (3.8)
