Flaska från SB. BB 2015-01-03. Riktigt fin.

Cask. Fruity aroma. Hazy grey orange colour. Almost no head. Quite fruity flavour, some yeast. Sugary maltiness. Medium bitterness, almost enough to counter the sweetness. Tastes like OK homebrew.

Big Cheers to Anders37 and the Swedish drinking team for this one! Very hazy gold beer - some floaters here. Residual white head. Palate is light and a little crisp. Light gueuze sourness is balanced with sweetish apple and a lesser generic fruits. Mild minerals. An interesting beer - like the sweet and sour vibe.

Bottle, many thanks to Bruce. It pours deep, cloudy red-purple with a small white head. The nose is dark cherry, blackcurrant, jam, sweet candy and candyfloss. The taste is sharp lemon, Granny Smith apple, cherry, blackcurrant, touch of spice, sweat and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice sweet-sour balance. Good deal of sharp tartness, which I rather like. Tasty stuff.

Bouteille 33cl @ Hamnmästaren, Malmö. BB 2015-03-17 batch# 7.
