Bottle at home in London - picked up at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen. Pours clear, bright gold, lightly effervescent with a velvety cream head. The brett really comes through in the nose, lots of manure, general barnyard, some grass. Light sweet flavor with a bit of spicy brett, mild pale malts, low bitterness, hints of lemon. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Clean finish with mild drying brett, some poo, light sweetness. Refreshing beer but little in the way of flavor here. Easy drinking - assuming you like brett, of course.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Ambery brown colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is fruity, mild sour wood, farmyard and mild raisins. Flavour is fruity, mild sour wood, some raisins and quite tart.

Bottle at Bruce’s, London. Pours a lovely, deep bloody ruby-red with a fine, frothy pink head. Hefty ripe and tangy berry aroma, some herbs and pepper. Light sweet flavor, some tangy berries, a bit of peppery spice, some herbs, cherries, sweat. Light to medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Tangy and lightly drying to finish, some dry berries, cherries and raspberries, grape skins, sweaty funk. Pretty good beer on the whole.

Draught @ Mikkeller & Friends, Stefansgade 35, DK-2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark.Unclear - hazy matt medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeasty, tart notes (brett). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130427]

Bottled. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, alcohol, and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of iodine, roasted malt, wood, chocolate, leading to a dry roasted finish. The body is light.

33 cl bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a huge tan head. Aroma is light herbal, roasted malty and breadish. Roasted malty, chocolate and dark roasted malty into a dry and roasted finish. Bitter and dry roasted finish.

[5/5/13] Bottle at Mikkeler & Friends in Copenhagen. Bottle #758. Dark red-purple with a lovely pink head. Lovely aroma with brett, oak and lots of cassis. Great sour flavor with oak, brett, lots of cassis and a slightly lemony finish. Rounded-mouthfeel. Wonderful.

Pours hazy golden with a large, fluffy head. Slightly sourish aroma with notes of gooseberries, elderberries, nettles and yeast. Lively mouthfeel. Slightly tart flavor with notes of cedar wood, sourish berries, funk and yeast. Dry finish. Very refreshing.
