Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is fruity hops with juicy fruits, fairly heavy on the citrus, grassy notes, a touch of tropical fruits and a herbal hint. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Tasty fruity IPA, lots of citrus with the Mosaic coming through nicely.

The Flying Inn Scarlet 6% Cherry & Blackberry Farmhouse Sour I paired this with a fancy donut from a Spanish company and it turns out this UK sounding brewery is also Spanish! Great reddish pink color with fizzy pink foam. Dry tart berry flavor, more blackberry than cherry. Quite solid but with a pretty unidimensional flavor profile.

3 July 2020. At Bar Beenhouwer, Ghent. Cheers, Anke, Pieter, Meeki & Ama Deke! Clear pale golden with a stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of pineapple juice, yellow grapefruit, apple peel, spring onion, pomelo, lime, cold french fries. Taste has sweetish pineapple, mandarin, bittersweet pomelo, mango & grapefruit, sour zesty touch. Dry, piney hoppy finish, quite bitter with dank yellow fruit. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Very fruity yet assertively hoppy bitter.

Tap. Golden, almost clear, yellowish foam. Aroma: calm, malt, a little citrus, fruity, buckwheat honey, a little strange, rather weak, a little wildю Taste: honey, sweetish, a little bitter, fruity, mediocre.
