Ami trifft Bayer - Befreundet seit 2005, haben sich Bryan France und Max Senner (RIP 2023) von Anfang an sehr gut verstanden. Eine gemeinsame Leidenschaft für Bier, Biertrinken und die damit verbundene grenzenlose Vielfalt hat die 2 geeint. Am 25.02.2016 wurden die 2 zu Yankee+Kraut. Seitdem ist die Bierauswahl in Deutschland wieder ein bisschen farbenprächtiger.

Tap. Cloudy yellow, big offwhite foamy lace. Lovely Allrounder floral, tropical hop aroma. Dry sparkly mouthfeel, dry tropical, danish peach Melba yoghurt, chewy sparkly aromatic finish.

Thx! To SinH4! 330 ml. bottle sampled. My first Brut IPA. Very hazy golden, citrus, creamy white head. Nose is oily grain, flowers, hop, low yoghurt,.. Taste is oily, lively, spritzy with grain, sweeter orange & some yoghurt, faint candy, fair but not fully my style.

Hazy golden. Aroma is dough, pear, prickly pear, caramel. Taste is mild hoppy tartness with balanced umami everything. A bit buttery/doughy mouthfeel. Chewy. Good.

Tap. Hazy pale golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is fresh grassy hops, a bit tropical fruits. Taste is peach, grapefruit, grassy, feels juicy in its fruitines, champenoise carbonation, but not too sharp. Very good!

Bottle @ Kings Day Tasting 2018. Dark brown to black color, huge sized brown head. Smell and taste malts, light tart, liquorice, malty tart-bitter. Hmm don't like that tart.

(bottle, 33cl. 7.2% abv) Hazy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit, as well as some exotic and grassy spots in the background. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially slightly sweet malty with drying fruity and slightly grassy hops; moderately dry and mildly bitter hoppy finish with a citric and slightly tart touch. Okay. 02.VI.18

Bottle, congratulations to Bryan! Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bananas, dough, grassy, flowery Perle, estery. Taste is mineralic, dough, grassy, again flowery hop goodness. Silky mouthfeel with medium to high carbonation. It has a bit of a Weizenbock aroma, but is dry enough to warrant a Saison entry. Tasty.

33cl bottle. Poured pitch black with a thick espresso head, everlasting. Sour berries in aroma, getting raspberries. Ashy, roasted malty, sourness. Not that pleasant.
