The brewery produces around 8000 hectolitres per year, not only of its own brands of beer, but also of contract-brewed beers.The challenge for the future is a commercial one that will require the development of our key products.More than ever, we wish to emphasize our authenticity, the Belgian craftsmanship, and the character of our beers. Bottled. Slightly hazy, well-carbonating golden brew with a dense, creamy off-white head, leaving nice lacings. Black-currant, citrus, banana, yeast, dried fruits and candi in the aroma. Quite hoppy flavor, with lemon, orange-peel and candi. Fizzy mouthfeel. Long hoppy finish, with citrus as well. Nice! (060626)

Hazy golden ale with a thick creamy white head. In aroma, a doughy oxidized malt , with light notes of orange peels and sweet honey. In mouth, same. A rather sweet malt with light cardboard, with doughy character, and light alcohol. The bottle was BB 10/05. From JM in BC. Merci.

Pours a hazy bright yellow into a trappist glass. Consistent bright white micro head. Earth and lemon citrus notes. Upfront orange citrus with a dry, clean abrupt (slightly metallic) orange rind finish.

Dark brown ale with an extra thick creamy light moka head. Very nice smooth pruney malt aroma, oranges, licorice, and coffee. In mouth, a sweet candy or demarara sugar, with light hops, a bit of maderized malt, cold coffee, a bit lighter than expected, but very good. BB 17-11-05. Bottle from JM in BC. Merci JM!

Hazy blonde ale, veering on gold, with a thick creamy milky white head. Pleasant citrus hops, with notes of orange peel, perfume, and light gum. In mouth, lighter bodied than aroma lets guess, with a light sweet malt, creamy mouthfeel, fresh and smooth bubble gum. Very quaffable belgian ale, veering to wit. From JM in BC, BB 09/05. Hazy golden ale with a thick creamy white head.A light soapy malt aroma, with light coriander and parsley. In mouth, a nice bubble gum malt, creamy mouthfeel, with crisp hops, and light tingling in mouth. Medium bodied. Brought from Bieropholie, late 2005. BB 15/06/06.

Red amber with white head. (33cl. Bottle from 2002) Had to pour slow to avoid "bundfald". Aroma is very sweet from fruits and sugar. Full and nice body and texture. Very smooth.The finish is fantastic, long lasting, malty fruity and sweet!

Bottle. Rich reddish amber with a nice tlight tan head. Aroma is full of fruit - dates, rasins - and some yeasty spiceiness. A bit of a tart note to the aroma. Rich malty flavor (candy sugar, some toffee, but mostly malt), with lots of yeasty spiciness and some nice holiday fruit. Fuller bodied. Finish just makes you want to drink more. Nice earthy backdrop.

Bottle. Vegetable aroma. Golden colour, small white head. Tastes like any average blonde with some vegetable and a very small hint of honey. Not spicy and a little boring. Get a bit more flavourful and cloudier toward the bottom of the bottle.
