The brewery produces around 8000 hectolitres per year, not only of its own brands of beer, but also of contract-brewed beers.The challenge for the future is a commercial one that will require the development of our key products.More than ever, we wish to emphasize our authenticity, the Belgian craftsmanship, and the character of our beers. Beautiful amber color; thick head, creamy and persistent. Malty aroma, with coriander. Malty taste, some sweetness and a lot of coriander, well balanced, smooth, light liquorice, but quite dry and bitter at the end. Good but without emotions.

Hazy pink-orange, quickly vanishing reddish nose. Metallic, artificial framboise nose. Very carbonated, sugary sweet, slightly sour flavor. Some artificial raspberry essance mixed with sugar. More to lemonade drinkers than for beer lovers. Bottom shows that this is actually bottle conditioned .. alcopop.

Blond color. The aroma is simple, with some coriander and lemon peel. Very dry mouthfeel (also because of an aggressive bitterness), poor malt, spicy (coriander); gets smoother and sweeter when warmer. Unbalanced.

Blond color, nice creamy head. Very nice malt aroma, dry; some spices (coriander). Good malty flavor, strong; strong coriander/spicy character, light fruitness. Very good!

Dark amber color; creamy head. Malty aroma, candi sugar, light caramel. Full body, dry malt, quite strong caramel and liquorice; but the best is a delicate note of dry roasted malts. Subtle.
Correctly strong, the final has caramel and sweet liquorice as well. Soft and maybe a bit too much carbonated.

Soft carbonation floats amid a straw-coloured body to a dense bleached head. Yeasty aroma of dust and mould, with a hint of volatile honey. Flavour is yeasty, dry and sweetish with honey playing foil to the typical yeast/alcohol/pale malt dynamic of many Belgians of similar strength and pallor. The flavours are hardly seemless, though, as the honey seems like it’s from another beer entirely. By the finish, thankfully, it begins to round the edges off the yeast and alcohol. Definitely not as good as its predecessor Le Pave de l’Ours, but it’s not bad.

Hazy orange color with decent white head. Fruity aroma of orange peels. Light body with roasted flavors with some herbal hops. Smooth carbonated palate. Hides alcohol very well and is refreshing - for a hot summer day. For winter this is too thin :)

Dark ruby color, steady off-white head. Aroma has roasted malts and licorice. Medium-bodied. Flavor has dark malts (bread), molasses. Finish has some coffee notes which makes this like dunkel except alcohol gives strong addition to the palate. Interesting and quite complex brew.
