Bottle at Belgianbeerweekend, Brussels Muddy, white body. Fair lace. Citrus/flowers in the nose. Lively carbonation. Moderately bitter initial flavour and finish. The finish is long.

(draught) Orange-gold beer; little, peach-coloured, very fine head. Pale malts, mushrooms (NOT mouldy), bit of cola. Fruity, fresh yeasty taste, surprising - just this little taste of cookies on a fresh, herbal taste. Very refreshing beer: this is a good remake of the ’Spéciale Belge’ style. Light to medium bodied. Obviously, I like this. I think more of this type of light ales ought to be reproduced.

A hazy dark orange beer with a fine light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander, licorice root, oranges, peach, and hints of alcohol. The flavor is very spicy with notes of earth, coriander, cinnamon, and peach with the alcohol lying discretely in the background. The mouthfeel is very soft.

Very dense, huge, creamy-brownish head; dark brown beer, slight reddish shine and quite hazy. Chocolate, dark malts and/or dark grain, bit of mint aroma. Chocolate, roasted malts, touch sourish, stout-like. Main taste is sweet, virtually no bitterness. Very slight smokey touch, liqourice-sweets. Rather light mouthfeel, certainly for its ABV, grainy, even powdery texture. There is a slight burning sensation, but not one I link to the alcohol, which remains hidden. This is actually a good session beer - if it weren’t for the ABV. For somebody not searching for the beery extasis, however, this might be a pleasing alternative.

Pale orange, (cold) haze; fluffy, yellowish head. Vanilla, soft caramel toffees at first, then citrus comes up, very outspoken for a moment, than faint touch of coriander - and peanut butter. Dry, leafy taste, faint citrus. Candi sugar, probably, and again faint coriander. A bit timid brew, really. Citrussy-refreshing, but not very much. Light, but nothing too light. A bit of everything, and nothing in excess. Certainly not enthusiasm.

Very dark chestnut colour. Thick light brown head. Spicy, herbal, flowery, dusty, peachy, bubblegummy aroma...oh hell yes. Sweet flavour of peaches, cherries, bubblegum and lightly molassesy malt. Some dusty yeast notes. Finish is sweet with a hint of alcohol. Sublime, complex brew that for some reason I failed to appreciate the first time around.

Cloudy blonde. Slightly phenolic with light fruit and hop. Apricots and dustiness in the aroma. Dry, hoppy and interesting. I need to explore this brewery a lot more.

Bottled. Cloudy folden. Papery aroma. Some honey and metal as well as grass. Dryish with sgort, sharp mouthfeel. A hint of flowery bitterness.

Bottled. Dark nut brown. Papery raisin aroma. Dry, a bit thin with short, rounded mouthfeel. Some berries and cinnamon, otherwise not much. Very drinkable for it’s size however.
