Bottle at John’s. Pours black with a small off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, hop and citrus. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Finish is dry, hoppy, bitter.

Bottle at John’s. Aroma of passion fruit, citrus, hop, apple, pomegranate, cucumber and floral notes. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy fruity bitterness, touch of sour. Medium body, oily and slightly watery texture, average carbonation.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are massive fruits, rich hops, flowers, malt and has a nice rich fruity bitter finish.

Bottle at John’s. Pours pale gold with a lasting white head. Aroma of flowers, perfume, hop, butter and citrus. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. More bitterness developing to finish.

Draught at EBF, 2/3/17.
Pale, flaxen-blonde body shows high clarity and a flimsy, white head atop.
The nose is....light grains, bare tartness (minimally tart) with a touch of white pepper, hints of lemon and lots of dough. Very difficult to coax much of anything out of this.
In the mouth it’s similarly very, very light, dry, grainy and with hints of lemon, orange, light pepper and a faint green hoppiness. More dough and dry wheat than anything. Clean though and with no alcohol noted.

Sampled @ Extreme Beer Fest, 4 Feb, 17. The color was indeed pink. Aroma has strong lime with just a note of berry. The flavor was again interesting as was the other brew I sampled from this brewery. Lime does over take the berry and it shows a light wheat backbone. My overall impression is the brew is tangy, tart and refreshing. Pretty nice sample.
