Bottle at home ... clowdy white ... soft light sweet rice ... light pineapple ... light melon nose .... lumpy ...light alcohol ... light coconut .. again there a mellon hint ... its ruined by the little lumps ... lumps are very pineapple.... passion fruit in finish ... tk2 this is much as i said ... pineapple fruity ... alcohol seem a little more evident ... but the lumps are just weird ... from what ive been told they add cooked rice to get the wierd lumpy texture ... but im not a fan

Bottle in Narita town while waiting for a flight. Slightly dark gold color with a fine head. Malty aroma with bread and light hops. Quite sweet, malty flavor; bready and rich, with a slight grassy hop. Decent but unremarkable. Ok bitterness at the finish.

Bottle in Narita town while waiting for a flight. Very cloudy, almost murky, orange-beige color with a medium fine head. Big banana and spice aroma. A rich, nise ose. Rich and tasty flavor; sweet but not overly so, with a sour edge and a touch of bitterness at the finish. Big fruit (banana and a touch of oranges) and spice—in the classic style. A rich, malty weizen that is excellent and far outshines their other beers.

Bottle. Medium copper color with a tall, fine head. Malty aroma, grains and a bit of caramel. Almost no hops. Tastes only slightly ale-like. SMooth, malty, sweet, no hops. Drinkable but cloying; clean but unimpressive. Somehow weizen-like actually. Not bad but nothing like a pale ale.

Bottle. Pitch black, tall, frothy tan head. Aroma is fruity, sweet, milky. Un-stoutlike. Could be wheat or Belgian yeast in there. Sweet and fruity flavor as well, dark fruits, caramel, chocolate and cream. Interesting and original, for sure, but not right. Slight sour taste as well (old?—I don’t think so, made June 6, drank July 29). Dry, stoutlike burnt finish. Too watery, too sour, a strange bird. Drinkable but not very nice.
