50 cl bottle as Festbier.ABV 5,5 %. Slight hazy dark brown colour. Big off-white head. Long lasting. Average lacing.Caramel and malts aroma. Nuts, malts and caramel . Medium sweet. Balanced.Average carbo .Medium body. Couldn’t refrain myself finishing this one in 3 or 4 minutes.

50 cl bottle. Dark amber colour. Small head.Poor retention. Strong chemical aroma like a toilet cleaner .Taste is cola and ripe cherry. Better than most of them mix-"beers". Not bad as a soft drink.

Unclear golden with a creamy head. Sourdough, pale sweet malt, banana, stone fruit, lemony. Fruity sweetness, slightly dry bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry fruity bittersweet finish. Quite unspectacular.

(Draft at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 1 May 2025) Golden colour with rocky, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, herbs, citrus and hay. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, cereal, herbs, hay, a touch of citrus and a mild grassy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Refreshing and harmonious. Nice one.
