Bottle. Caramel malt aroma with notes of grainy malt, lemon, vanilla, lemongrass and spicy Belgian yeast. Pours cloudy golden-caramel colored with a finger of tan head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with caramel malt, grainy malt and lemongrass flavors. Finishes smooth and a bit dry with spicy Belgian yeast, lemony citrus and vanilla flavors. A little different from traditional tripels but tasty.

Bottle. Candi sugar aroma with notes of spicy Belgian yeast, caramel, toffee, banana, clove and floral hop flavors. Pours caramel brown colored with a large tan head that has little retention and very little lacing. Starts with caramel, toffee, banana and spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Finishes smooth and a bit dry with Candi sugar, clove and floral hop flavors. Very nice dubbel.

dark mahogany colour, almost one inch of beige-ish ecru head; aroma of dried sour cherry, prune, some cocoa powder, rye bready and woody notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with some blackberry and minimal burnt woody notes; good one

Opalescent golden colour, large ecru-ish head; aroma of floral, honey some fruity, grainy and orange peel oils notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with some apricot jam and pear; good one

Ruby colour, good beige head. Caramel, bread, dark fruits, Belgian yeast spiceyness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Dark fruits, papery hops, some caramel. Simple. Not impressive.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Spicey fruity aroma, very Belgian. Light to medium-bodied. Pale malts, Belgian yeast spices and esters, some citrus. Basic well-brewed Belgian blonde.

(Keg at Oluthuone Haka, 20251003) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citrus fruits, ripe fruits, spicy yeast, floralness and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were honey, earth, spicy yeast, floralness, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste had honey, spicy yeast and bitterness. A nice brew with heavy yeast induced flavours and scents.

A dark brown beer, a head is big and light beige. Aroma has sweet and dried fruits, some barnyard and even sourness. Taste has dried fruits, light sourness. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Pretty nice.
