Bottle bought at FarFarOut, Southsea. Aroma has vinous sourness and citrus over a sweet malty base. A,hazy dsrk gold. Frothy foamy fluffy white head. Sour. Biggly so. Vinous. Gooseberry. Peripheral malts and yeast. Underlying earthiness. As I drink more a juicy streak develops. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. It's a Pils but may as well be a Sour Ale. But what it is, it's good.

Novel stuff, dry peel, mellow tang, a little smoke. Some ripening apples, too. Dry finish, musty but clean.

Bottle at my birthday tasting. Almost clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, vinegar, dry cider, sugary grains, white balsamico, orange, glue. Harsh sour and medium sweet. Over medium bodied. This is a bit harsh.

Bottle. HOTM. Mostly clear medium to dark gold. Very decent white swede. Nose has the whisky and bourbon barrels first up. Lots of vanilla. Some tart citrus and some peachy notes. Taste is tart and pretty dry. Bit acetic overall and not particularly smashable. Not a patch on the first one. In fact it’s not particularly like the first one, at all.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours hazed orange with the traditional huge Mills level of foam. I miss Sorachi Ace. It was perhaps the most marmite hop of all but it seems to no longer be fashionable in this age of haze. Bright, mid tartness, lime, coconut, funk, green apple. Medium body with foamy carbonation.
