Bottle with KBL. Lemony, mineral nose, honey, some lactic acid. Cloudy gold with no head. Lemony, tart, vanilla / cream notes, green apple and peaches. Nice.

Riverbend Assemblage #1 Lovely honey gold with a soft off-white/light beige head. A sort of white peach in the aroma with an almost peach cobbler aroma. Round carbonation that is a bit sharp but has that peach cobbler tangy fruit then some apple pie and caramel calvados type flavors in the aftertaste. Tasty.

A milky yellow gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, Epsom salts, smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cork, light Epsom salts, herbal and smooth. On tap at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2018.

Canette de 473 ml. Des aromes de pain à la cannelle, de la résine de houblon et quelques esters fruités aux allures de banane composent l’essentiel de l’olfactif. Un col crémeux de mousse s’attarde longuement sur un liquide doré ambré légèrement voilé. (4) Entrée de bouche à la résine de houblons puissants se déclinant en une finale chaleureusement alcoolisée. Accents de céréales, de pain. Esters fruités aux légers accents de banane et de miel. La résine de houblon est très puissante et nuit à l’équilibre des saveurs. Agréable mais limite.
