On tap at Dageraad, pours a cloudy dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice dark cherry character, gentle oakiness, and light balsamic. Flavour is complex, with dark cherries, moderate acidity, balsamic notes, and a touch of brown sugar. Good balance of the sugars with the acetonic notes. Complex and well-constructed. Excellent.

On tap at Dageraad, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has gentle bourbon notes, soft cocoa, and earthy, toasted malt. Flavour is bolder, with big bourbon barrels, medium roast, light vanilla, and cocoa. Not the most complex or elegant, but has a pleasant bourbon character. Good, but just shy of excellent.

Taster.
Aroma: American oak, some sweetness, a bit of black chcocolate. Reminded me of Boreas, but a bit bolder.
Taste: good body, a lot of American oak, a bit boozy, dark chcocolate, woody.
Overall: good one, will grab a few cans 💯! 💸😬😂

Taster.
Aroma: some balsamic and bready notes with light sourness and sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines, more on the balsamic side with some light bready notes. Low to moderately acidic.
Overall: decent representative of the style 👍

Taster.
Aroma: Belgian esters, some flowers, bold.
Taste: kinda weird, a bit harsh and unbalanced, with some light bitterness. These Sauternes barrels are not probably the best for this kind of beer.
Overall: ok.

Taster.
Aroma: nice cherries with some Brett and light sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines with addition of some lactic and a bit of vinegar. Those off flavours do disappear after beer breezes for some time, though!
Overall: good one, if you give it a time to breeze and release the weirdness.

On tap at Dageraad. Pours nearly black with a brown head. Rich chocolatey notes with notes of roasted malts and bourbon. Flavour has a very nice blend of dark chocolate and bourbon with some bitter roast accents and a gentle booziness on the finish. This is great, the barrel character comes through very well.
