Pale, hazy, medium head. Fresh, bretty, floral, slightly tart. A bit of lemon rind and stone fruit. Complex, very drinkable.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Overripe tropical fruit hops, feint floral quality, not a huge fan of the thiolized yeast, but okay.

Aroma: very nice farmhouse notes, fruity, a bit grassy and flowery.
Taste: along the same lines, a bit bitter, nice rustic notes with balanced bitterness. More of the farmhouse notes side, then on the bitterness side.
Overall: liked this year batch more than last year one that I thought was too bitter. Nice one 👌 Definitely will be my table saison for the rest of the year ❤️

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a floral, almost glue-like character from that yeast, with modeled floral hops, and a touch of hop tang. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of candied stone fruit in the hop expression, floral notes, light esters, and a dry biscuity malt finish. Very fruit hop expression. Not really what I want from an IPA, but it’s competently done.

473mL can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of straw, biscuity malt, and some mineraly notes. Flavour is very clean, with straw, mineraly notes, even a touch of hops, with a clean biscuity malt finish. Authentic, very clean, crisp. Pretty close to as good as the style gets.

473mL can, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Nose is all-brett upfront -- that's some nicely matured brett -- with gently citrusy hops, maybe a touch of hop tang, and a dry biscuity malt base. Flavour reveals a wonderfully clean and matured brett funk upfront, backed with moderate bittering hops that exude light floral character, a touch of hop tang, and maybe a smaller touch of citrus peel. Great balance, expertly crafted. Excellent brett IPA -- more brett than IPA, and I'm fine with that.

Amber brown, faint malt nose. Big malt forward palate, dark fruit notes. A bit thin for style

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 2026-02-13). Hazed blonde with small white head. Dry brett upfront, light and effervescent, feint grassy hops in the background, easy drinking. Decent.

July 05, 2025 (8/4/8/3/16=3.9): Poured from the tap @ Dageraad. Clear yellow gold with small white head. Soft dry brett and oak. Mixed culture quality that blends nicely, only criticism is the finish is a bit quick, could linger a little more.
Apr 03, 2026 (8/4/8/4/16=4.1): Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed blonde with small white head. Soft brett, nice rustic saison yeast, feint oak. Blends nicely, enjoy it with a little bit of age.

On tap at Dageraad. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Brett and citrus on the nose. Flavour has plenty of Brett, somewhat grainy malts, bitter citrus peels. Very nice, great use of Brett.
