On tap at the brewery. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. Crisp crackery malts, floral hops, and some estery Belgian yeast. Flavour has very light floral hops, a slight Belgian character; a bit seltzery. Clean and drinkable, but not super interesting.

On tap. Pours a dull garnet red with no head. Aromas of earthy cherries, dull wheat and blueberries. Flavors of earth cherries, wood, dark powdery chocolate and biscuity malts. Odd mix.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear blonde with a large, foamy white head. Nose has bready malt, straw, and some toasted graininess. Flavour is pretty timid, with doughy malt, toasted bread, and crunchy straw. Very low bitterness. Clean and reasonably made but pretty uninteresting.

375ml shared with Alex @ Ryan's deck enjoying a finally arrived warm days.
Aroma: nice farmhouse notes, with some fruity and little bit flowery notes.
Taste: along the same lines, nixe that's accompanied with a weird grainy character as well as some bitterness.
Overall: pleasant enough, but "Eleven" was better.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Hazy blonde with small white head. Earthy sourness with some underlying buckwheat character, okay.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some tart citrus, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very mineraly, rustic saison yeast, and a little oak. I don’t get any mushroom, just a lot of minerality, some neutral barrel, and rustic notes. It’s pretty good as an oaky saison. Good.

375mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Gentle wild yeast on the nose. Flavour has a similar gentle yeast profile, some minerality, a bit of a chewy, mushroom stalk character, if I look for it. Not bad at all.
