750 ml bottle. Pours a dull gold with light head. Aromas of soft Brett, sulphur, lemons, white pepper and soft wheaty malts. Flavors bring out more Brett and citrus and maybe some of that quince. Nice.

Florals and light tamarind, prune. Treacle is pretty light. Decent balance on this. Hazy brown pour with decent head. Light sweet end. Can.

220ml at the brewery shared with wife on Father's Day.
Aroma: awesome mix of Brett and wood, nice farmhousy notes.
Taste: along the same lines, nicely balanced Brett and funk.
Overall: not the most complex from them, but it's good one.

Draft at the anniversary party. Medium brown, some age showing here, soft body, light tartness, and cherry note. Strong, vibrant acidity. Decent stuff, especially if you like the cherry-chocolate vibe.

Draft at their anniversary party. Pale, some haze. Moderate tartness, maybe a hit of acetic in there, mild lemon note. Not noticing mushroom and fuck knows I’m looking for it…on the nose yes. Ok I do get some on the palate. It’s innocuous.

355mL can. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Lovely dry, spicy wild yeast on the nose, along with bright floral accents. Flavour has dry rustic yeast, spicy, lots of dry grass and bright floral hops. Moderately high carbonation. Fantastic dry yeast expressioni. Very nicely done.

On tap at Dageraad. Pours black with a light beige head. Dark chocolate and cherries on the nose. Flavour has dark chocolate, dark cherries, moderately tart. Pleasant enough.

On tap at Dageraad. Pours murky dull orange with a white head. Not getting much on the nose. Flavour has subdued Belgian yeast, thick caramel, a touch dry grass. Nothing wrong here, but the beer lacks a particular character.
