Draft - Light funk and peel on the nose. Clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Light funk and a crisp apple with some skin. Very nice and easy drinking, dry with some acidity.

Draft - Grassy and almost honey notes and tart Apple. Pale straw. Tons of green apple skin and some wet grass. Grassy and tannic.

On tap at Orchard & the Sea. Pale yellow color, like birch juice. Aroma is very yeasty, slightly sweet. Taste is very yeasty as well, crisp. Not bad.

On tap at Sunday, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the green apple, some apple cores and a nice dry hopping. Flavour is huge on the green apple, with lots of crisp apple skins, apple core and fairly restrained hoppiness. Solid stuff, but not as complex as the First Press. Nice.

Draught at Alibi. Hazy and very pale. Has a mellow apple aroma but the palate is thin and simple, based on eating apples. Bland cider.

Pale blond color, cloudy, with no head. Crisp cider aroma. Dry mouthfeel; the light lemony touch and the light apple flavor contribute to a refreshing feeling; traces of plastic and rubber too; the final is a bit short.
It has more character than most of the Ciders in the PNW, and without the flaws.
Not very complex, but refreshing and pleasant.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy pale yellow with no head. Aroma is very funky, with champagne yeast, considerable funk and dry apple underside. Flavour is quite sharp and acidic, with less funk than the nose brings out and more tart apple acidity, followed by subtle champagne yeast. Long, lingering tart and acidic finish. Much better on the nose. Good, but needs some tweaking in my opinion.
