Hazy yellow, hazy and not very foamy. Looking like a normal wit bier would look like. Nose quite subtle, maybe a bit of Belgian yeast there, not much. Taste is slightly spicy, some sweetness and yeast character. Quite drinkable and well, canβt really complain, as a drinkable wheat, this one works nicely. Interesting pairing with an olive, some bitterness from olive goes together with bitter elements from that beer.

Hazy yellow, bit of white foam over there, relatively hazy. Slightly soft happiness, bit something of artificial but still OK, fruity and citric. Taste brings out yuzu much better than the nose, sansho spiciness is there but super subtle, you can almost not feel it. As the official pairing - with pickled sweet potatoes and celery, this beer works really well. Otherwise finish short, just slight sansho spice glowing in the finish.

Pink-yellowish hue, not very foamy. Aroma is mainly raspberry, nice soft, with malty bread bucket underneath. Taste is also fruity, more of that raspberry there, some tartness and more malt base. Overall all flavours are somewhat obscure, not really clear and at the end becoming somewhat messy. Overall, simple fruit beer, average quality.

Tap at Daikanyama. Big citrus nose, bread, biscuit and hassaku. A bit too bready. Glowing, cloudy golden orange with lace. Nice fruit flavor, not too sweet, some tartness and bitterness. Crackery malt. Not all that beer-like, but with a bit of a peppery finish. Full body. Decent.

At Daikanyama, side by side with the Azacca. Nose is Lemon Pledge furniture polish, perfumy. Flavor is funky, astringent, edgy, light a badly made extract homebrew, fruity juice, washing fluid. This one is very amateurish compared to the rather nice Azacca.

Tap at Daikanyama. Pale pastel yellow, cloudy. Medium airy head. Good nose: grapefruit, orange, mango, passion fruit, smooth wheat. Wheat flavor, fruit juice, orange and mango, seems quite in the NE mold. Full, smooth, body. Lightly prickly finish. Oily. Decently done though not truly exciting.

Tap at the Daikanyama brew pub. Nice grapefruit and caramel nose. Flavors of caramel, toffee, syrup, oranges, grapefruit, nectarines. Oily and thick. Ok. They canβt seem to avoid thick sweetness.

Tap at the Daikanyama brew pub. They say it is "like an IPA but not really." Nose of candied oranges and lemon. Smells a bit syrupy. Sweet, syrupy flavor, very fruity in a fake way and cloying. The most disappointing of the visit.

Tap at the Daikanyama brew pub. Nicely fruity Saaz nose, oranges, not much malt detected. Medium golden color. Sweet and fruity, nice hop, but not lagered enough. Sweet, thin, oily. The malt character is more pale lager than pilsner.
