Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Very dark brown colour, beige head, Aroma of malts, dust and a hint of coffee. Dry and dusty flavour (well, there is a slight sweetness of brown sugar). Not undrinkable, but the brewers have a long way to go before they reach trappist level.

Slank for sin voltstyrke.

Bottle from World Beer Market that seems to have been bottled on 2014/07/01 so almost a year old according to the date stamped on the cap. Served in my weizen glass it pours an opaque orange gold with a fizzy head that quickly fizzled out. The nose is of a mildly tart orange creamsicle. Thin zesty bodied, the taste is syrupy sweet orange. my wife said "Isn’t this a sparkling wine cooler?". It’s passable but definitely not beer like though you get some earthy/ash character in the finish once the sweet orange starts to fade. Not that bad but it is just too sickly sweet for me. Best enjoyed paired with yoghurt I think.

5/2/5/2/8 Bottle. Muddy orange-brown color. Aroma of peach, orange, toffee, butterscotch. A bit weird. Sweet and fruity, with a light sourness as well. Butterscotch is big. Oily palate. Not very well done. Must have been a bad batch, looking at the other ratings.

Hazy amber. The head is a bit fizzy and falls quickly, not really what you want in an abbey ale. Deep fruity aroma - mostly raisins and some plums. Chocolatey taste with light balancing fruitiness (orange, plum). The body is a bit light and fizzy - not entirely surprising at 6% but disappointing. Decent.

Hazy light amber. Slightly fruity aroma, only a hint of wheat and the spice is understated. Wheaty body with some prickly carbonation and a hint of fruitiness...maybe fruity off-notes is more like it.

Offwhite (or light brown) color, not really sure. Apples, cloves in nose. This is starting to be more of a wiezen than a wit. Clovey mouth, wheat, bananas, light refreshing finish. Not really to style, but nevertheless, decent.

Murky orange brown color. Somewhat vinious nose with touch of spice. Very carbonated mouth, oranges, spice and a dry orangey finish. A good start to becoming a good triple, but still needs work.
