Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Herbal and somewhat spicy aroma with yeasty undertones. Taste is moderate bitter with lingering herbs and coriander at the finish. Body to the light side of medium, moderate carbonation. Dry. Interesting. Definitely unlike any cream ale I’ve tried. Closer in feel to a Witbier or Belgian Ale. Nice though.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with some tiny floaters and small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Smoky and sweet-ish, caramel malty as well as minimally herbal, hoppy aroma, notes of smoked wood, a touch of wood ashes, whiffs of woodruff. Taste is smoky, minimall spicy, pale and slightly caramel malty with low residual sweetness, mildly bitter and minimally herbal and fruity hoppy, notes of smoked wood, a touch of wood ashes, salty cracker, woodruff, elderflower.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, slightly greasy, simultaneously
slightly dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very nice composition, fairly smoky but not overdone, some nice (non-smoky) subtleties - good!

Draft at the Frankfurt Taphouse. Red with a frothy, white head. Mild caramel aroma. Berries. Very mildly bitter with touches of black tea and resin. Tart underneath. Light bodied. Refreshing. Not bad!

Sample, thanks fonefan! Dark brown, spritzy head. Raisiny wort aroma. Very sweet with light body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Dextrose and raisins, worty rye bread. No bitterness.
