On tap at Craftworks in Seoul. It poured a nice gold color with minimal head. The taste was some malt, mild caramel & a bitter finish. A decent ale.

On tap at Craftworks. It pours a copper color with a thin head. It has a bitter pine aroma & flavor. It is a simple crisp everyday pale ale. Pretty good.

On tap at Craftworks but the kegs got mislabelled so I thought it was the weizen! Surprisingly the look is cloudy llike a weizen which is WAY off for a pilsner which should be clear. The aroma wasn’t so noticeable... an average pilsner.

On tap at Craftworks. They mislabelled the kegs of this beer & the pilsner at the brewery so I drank it thinking it was the pilsner! It was a decent weizen with spices, cloves and slightly sour notes.

On tap at Craftworks, I think I got the end of the keg as this beer was served ridiculously cloudy & kind of muddy looking-yeasty. Especially as someone at my table had it 10 minutes before and it was pretty clear so appearance-wise this drags down my rating. This was a decent bitter beer & easy to drink. not outstanding but a refreshing standard Kolsch shame it looked so bad...

On tap at Reilly’s Taphouse. It’s a nice looking dark ale. It has a nice malt aroma with hints of chocolate. The flavor is malt, caramel, coffee & chocolate. A good body & a nice creamy mouth feel. Solid.

Draft: Poured an amber to pale color with a off white head. Aroma is fresh with grain and nice citrus hops. Taste is soft toffee and nice hops to keep it balanced/smooth. Side note: I originally tried this beer at the pale ale competition and this was a lot stronger on the citrus, a bit hoppier, and had some soapiness to it. It was the winning entry of William (Bill) Miller. I really think this is drinkable, but lost some of its character from the small home brewer batch to mass production.

Draft: Poured a clear green color with a white head. Aroma was fruit and grain. Taste was that of a soured jolly rancher fruit and grain. This is made with maeshil plums, so its a different taste than I am used to, but I have heard Koreans love to use it.

Draft created by Rob Tilly of "Homebrew Korea" and selected/brewed as Craftworks winter seasonal: Poured a oily black with tan head. Aroma was light chocolate, malts, fruit, and coffee. Taste was a little thin but highly drinkable malt and chocolate, there was a nice coffee bittering near the finish which gave it a nice edge.

1 liter Growler thanks to SHIG, pours dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma is nutty with tart cherry and cranberry notes. Flavor is toast, light roast and a mellow tartness that I don’t believe is intentional but is nice. Like a traditional sour Porter.
