Clear dark brown with a touch of red. Small tan cap that fades quickly leaving spotty lace. Nose is dark roast with chocolate and coffee and a good dose of smoke aswell as some molasses. Light sweet molasses and a medium- dark chocolate bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with soft carbonation. 8/3/7/3+/14

Peu fumée pour le style, mais vraiment délicieuse et avec finale plutôt courte en bouche. Il y a très peu de sucré résiduel, c'est un brin boisé et elle se boit très aisément.

On tap at Archibald - Montreal Airport, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Nose brings out piney hops, a little citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite pronounced on the piney hops, with citrus and dry biscuity mat. Solid old school, west coast IPA here. Nothing special, just well-made. Not bad

On tap at Archibald - Montreal Airport, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out somewhat old hops, with some earthy notes, light pine and bready malt. Flavour brings out earthy hops, feet, some cardboard, and bready malt. Does not taste fresh at all. Whatever the case, this isn't good.

On tap at Archibald - Montreal Airport, pours a hazy dark burgundy with almost no head. Aroma brings out bready caramel malt and light toffee. Flavour follows accordingly, with caramel malt and bready notes. Very malty, but not overly deep. Solid.

On tap at Archibald - Montreal Airport, pours a clear dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal grainy notes and toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines with crisp biscuity malt and grainy notes. A bit seltzer, but it works.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of dry citrusy hops notes with light cereal is OK. Taste is a mix of citrusy dry hops notes with some light cereal notes with some mild residual sugar notes also perceptible. Body is light with good carbonation. Not bad but lacking some hops flavours for the style.
