Opaque golden color, thin head. Light citrus aroma. Thin texture for a wheat beer. Flavor is a combination of sweet wheat and a mild funky wheat bitterness. Some mild citrus at the end and in the aftertaste. Citrus flavors intensify as it warms.

Brown red color with a thick tan head. Aroma of earthy wood, grains, and a little whiff of floral notes. Taste is dry and woody with a caramel sweetness underneath to balance. Hint of dark fruit taste at the finish. Dry, mildly bitter and woody aftertaste.
