Lightly hazed, golden colour with a tad pink hue, an off-white head, fizzing away slowly, leaving some decent lacing spots. Not sure if kept fermenting in can, as it was hard, and some gushing occured. A funky nose with that farm-like smell, a little sourness and fruitiness. The taste is fairly mild with the sumac, tart and light sour notes. Almost more banana from the wheat, and sumac is lost. Maybe even a little vegetable action. Not the worst, but was expecting much better. Still trying to find a Sumac beer that is as good as the À La Dérive one I had many years ago, that was never re-brewed.

Slightly hazed, light golden-yellow with a white cap, decent stay and some good foamy lacing. A funky, farm-like aroma with light sourness, and good fruitiness from the redcurrant. The taste is milder, a little watered down, with the funkiness and mild currant fruitiness. A wet mouthfeel with a tad tart left. A refreshing, mild currant Farmhouse brew that does not kick like a 5% ABV one.

Fairly clean, golden colour with an amber hue, a white cap, decent stay and full sticky lacing. Some fresh cereal malt aromas with a tad caramel, a touch of farm and some grassy hop balanced. The taste is what an American IPA should be - a caramel malt base, some good grassiness and herbal touch. A really well-brewed American IPA that goes down well with the grassy-cereal feel.

Le funky démontre une principale composante de crin de cheval.
Les malts sont céréaliers et bien intégrés à l’ensemble.
Couleur dorée et partiellement voilée.
Mousse pétillante et éphémère.
L’entrée de bouche est moyennement acidulée, funky, mais garde un grand apport fruité.
Des notes de pomme verte, de poire, de chêne, de céréales craquantes accompagnent l’ensemble fermier et chevalin.
Un ensemble funky et fruité tout à fait équilibré.
Un grand cru.

Dark brown colour, almost black, with just a tad ruby highlights. The head is frothy, mocha-coloured with decent retention and some light foamy lacing streaks. Coffee aromas over the roasted malts, and hints of nuttiness, dark fruits. The mouthfeel is a little creamy, not overly thick, with a light dryness in the finish. The taste offers mild bitterness with the coffee and roasted barley, but not much more. Just an easy-drinking Coffee Stout... 'bout it.

Monster, dense tan head over a near black body. Nose features dark chocolate, molasses, and roasted malt with a touch of bourbon. Much of the same in a dense rich body in the taste profile. Add in some macaroons, a touch of vanilla, a hint of damp wood, and marshmallows and you have a great imperial on your hands. Lovely.

big fluffy light head. Body is near black. The nose is very roasty with chocolate and earthy hop notes. Roasted coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malt, cream and earthy hops are all there, in a nice balance. Hints of spice and cinnamon add depth. Body is dense and creamy. A slightly slick mouth feel
