Bottle 75 cl. Vintage 2015, bottle #1486/1559. Pours a hazy amber with a smallish, off-white head. Distinct Brett and Acetobacter aroma, noble rot. Medium body, rather fizzy mouthfeel. Dry, noble rot, overripe apples and a faint wooden note. Tart and vinous with hardly any bitterness. Interesting, but lacking a little depth and too much fizz. 250124

Bottle, 7% in celebration of my 20th Ratebeer anniversary. Good fruity and citric aroma. Mild and complex. Hazy chestnut colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is acidic, bites a bit. Tastes of berries, probably blueberry or such. Turns out to be blackberry. Not sweet, but has some sweetness. Acidic, but sort of mellow.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with airy beige head. Clear aroma of sour yeast and malt, with touches of berries. Dry, vinous flavour with dusty notes and touches of berries and malt. Dry and dusty aftertaste. Well-balanced and tasty. A nice one.

Bottle 75 cl. Vintage 2015. Pours an opaque black with a rich and creamy beige head. Acetic, woody aroma - some balsamico. Medium body, dry and tart, complex flavors as above. Absolutely no roastiness remaining - it’s all balsamico. Not a bad beer at all, just not to my personal liking. 241223
