Year after year I continued this tradition, perfecting the process until 15 years ago I plucked up the courage to take my cider to Stratford Farmers market. The feeling of pride when people handed over their hard earned cash for a cider I had made was amazing. Made all the better when those same people returned time and again for more!
Things have moved on from those early days. The industry has evolved, we've perfected our authentic, fresh pressed ciders and we're excited about introducing some delicious new varieties and styles to our range — still made properly of course. We're really exploiting the versatility of the cider apple to make what we think (and we hope you do too) are some surprising, rewarding and sometimes challenging new ciders. Watch this space!
So we hope you good folk will join us on our journey of exploration as we continue to make our classic blends along with our exciting new ciders. One thing we've definitely learnt over the years is that we love crafting and enjoying cider with you and for you. Long may it continue...

Baginabox at the Fell Bar, Penrith. Dark amber - one of the darkest ciders I've seen. Baked apple, caramel apple, toffee apple; basically everything dark sugar and apple. There's some nice funky tartness in the background and some woodiness. It's a good'un.

Keg @ Admiral Benbow Beer Invasion 2024 with Soph after receiving her first British passport! Deep golden appearance, gentle effervescence. Soft fleshy fruity introduction, hazy palate almost, accompanying a pleasant medium sweet character.. lovely. Hitting the spot again.

Keg @ Bundobust Brum. Pours a rosé pink, slightly misty. Has soft chai-like spice accompanying a floral, red berry-esque rosé cider character, which I assume is from the ginger. Not a huge amount of hibiscus. Gently sweet. Not bad.

Keg @ Bundobust, Manchester. Clear pink. Good apple in both aroma and taste, with its added ingredients certainly elevating the taste in sweetness and flavour.

500ml bottle, L2279, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a bright late straw coloured body, noisy, quickly diminishing bubbly, white head. No lacing. Moderate smell of farmyard and apple skins. Fresh, slightly tart apples to the taste profile, earthy. Drying close, clean and lingering, with mild tartness to it. Lightly smoked throughout. Pleasing. (Tromsø, 18.05.2024).
