Bottle loooks a bit complex, but okay. Beer dark brown, small head. Starts very mild, malty, modest roasty. Light fruity touch. Finish shows some earthy notes, still very mild. Okay!

Bottle looks a bit complex. Beer in the glass very dark, nice head. Malty aroma. Starts very yeasty, modest fruity, quite moldy from the beginning. Dusty and dry, roasty-malty and still moldy finish. I didnt like it!

Bottle: Golden coloured, lacy loose white head; solid sweet grainy nose with a light hayish-hoppy background; robust sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft; a tinge of honey and herbs in the smooth bitter-sweet finish. Well drinkable, well rounded superb stuff.......

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big and dense, minimal off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and strawy malty aroma with shy herbal hops in the background. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a mild carbonation. Malty strawy taste with a tinge of cara-malt and subtle fruity notes; mildly sweet and bitter, slightly herbal hoppy finish. A decent Helles. 29.X.09

Bottle: Amber too deep amber coloured, mid-sized fluffy brownish head with a little lace; solid sweetish-malty nose, sourish-fruity background; moderate to solid sweetish-sourish flavour, soft and medium bodied; complex finish: caramel, sourish fruits and a touch of Port(!). Very good............

bottle, as Hofbräu Abensberg Millenium Pils) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a dense medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly strawy malty aroma with a tinge of draff and herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Pale malt character with subtle notes of cara-malt; sweet-bitter, slightly herbal hoppy finish. Rather average. 04.X.09

(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big and slightly beige foamy head. Sweet dark malty and wheaty aroma with delicate fruity notes of red berries with notes of bubblegum and cloves. Sweet and slightly acidic flavour, medium to light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with notes of bubblegum; medium-dry wheaty and moderately fruity finish with a tinge of phenolic spices. A drinkable Weizen but not very Dunkel-like, has more of a coloured Ur-Weisse. 14.IX.09

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a bubbling foamy white head. Bready malty and slightly buttery aroma with subtle fruity notes and a light touch of herbal hops. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Robust malty base with notes of bread, butter and very subtle fruity notes; sweet and slightly bitter malt-accented finish with a light but aromatic hoppy touch. Pleasant Märzen. 08.IX.09

Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Roasty malty, minimal sugary with caramel and light hints of chocolate; sweet, slightly sugary and roasty malty finish. Likeable Dunkel. 03.IX.09

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a fluffy foamy white head. Yeasty, citric fruity and moderately wheaty nose. Slightly sour flavour, only light to medium bodied despite its abv. lively carbonated mouthfeel. Wheat-accented and fruity (citrus, lemon) taste with shy spicy phenols; moderately sour fruity and wheaty finish with delicate phenolic spices. Okay 01.IX.09
