Bottle. Buttery caramel malt aroma. Dark amber with small head. Sharp acidic and bitter flavor up front with a light buttery malt flavor to finish. Get a matallic aftertaste - tastes like water softener water for the few that actually might understand that analogy. Decent but the metallic flavor kind of messed it up for me.

Bottle. Strong prune and brown sugar aroma - like a belgian beer. Dark brown with small head. Fairly sharp prune and brown sugar flavor up front but fades fairly quickly leaving only a mild brown sugar flavor. Still a very nice brown ale.

Bottle. Sour orange/grapefruit hops aroma. Light amber color with moderate head. Caramel malt and moderate pine/grapefruit hops flavor. A moderately malty IPA but kind of got a fermented fruit flavor to it.

Bottle. Light cocoa aroma. Dark black-brown color with small film of a head. Lightly sweet black coffee flavor initially with a chocolate/oatmeal finish. Moderate carbonation. A nice tasting beer - would be better with a more pronounce aroma and flavor as it came across kind of weak for me.

Sweet, fruity aroma. Flavor is sweet with brown sugar. Very light fruit, some plum. No hop presence at all. Very smooth. It lacks complexity but has great flavor. RBSG 2007.

12 oz brown bottle. Pour is really dark almost opaque with lots of foam action within – pretty! The aroma is debonair, with hints of chocolate flavored nestle quick mix. Very nice darker tan head, may even be approaching the color of chocolate mouse. Impressive hardy first taste that fades to something a little more inquisitive. Its interesting roasty malt bite fades to a genial flavor of beer. A short mild bitterness accompanies the finish. Almost as good as Yuengling black & tan.

POur is a nice black with a tan head. Aroma is very nice with a lot of roasted malt and dark chocolate coming out. Flavor is much of the same. Some roasted malts with a nice heavy dose of chocolate. Smooth and easy to drink makes this a above average porter.

Overall it was not bad, but it wasn’t that fantastic either. Aroma was nice, with citrus. Flavor was not as good, a bit weak as I drank it. Light enough to enjoy drinking on a nice warm day.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear dark ruby, minimal head. Hoppy nose with grapefruit and red grapes. Dry with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Light roasty coffeeish notes, but hops dominates. Lingering bitter finish. Like a dark APA.
