26/2/2021. Can sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of sulphur, tart green apples, citric acid, touch of baked apple and pear. Light sweetness, moderate tartness, a little salty. Moderate body. Slight watery texture, bubbly fizzy carbonation. Dry tart and acidic to finish. Not a big fan.

Box @ That Beer Place, Chester. Pours a misty gold, some bubbles atop. Aroma is pure dry apple juice. Taste seems weighted towards quite a dry character, good pure apple presence, bitter skins and core, drying close. Not bad.
