Tap at the Brewery. Pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and tangy apple aroma. Taste is slightly tart sweetish apple, with fruity white wine notes. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry fruity finish. Quite OK

640ml bottle into shaker. Nose is lightly salty. Hazy light amber beer with thin white head which quickly dissipates. High fine carbonation. Initially salty taste followed by rockmelon leaving more salt and fruit to finish. It's exactly as described- 'Salty Rockmelon'! Very crisp and refreshing.

Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown. Malty, herbal nose. Hazy amber beer with creamy white head. Light fine carbonation. Medium body. Taste is citric, bitter, some tannin. Then I read the tasting notes, BILLY TEA! You can really taste the lemon myrtle and black wattleseed. Excellent pint. Lingering tea dryness...Struth!
