Hey there! We're Offshoot Beer Co. from your friends at The Bruery. Offshoot is the Bruers' playground, where we dive deep into the world of hop-forward beers. While we could definitely geek out on the intricacies of making these beers, we'd rather just open a cold one and...Relax.
What is Offshoot?
Years ago our founder Patrick Rue made a promise to NEVER brew an IPA. As time went on, our adventurous Bruers KNEW they could make world class hop-forward beers, so Offshoot was born as an offshoot of The Bruery, all while keeping Patrick's promise that The Bruery would NEVER make an IPA.

Can at home, 30th November 24. Pours a clearish caramel colour. Aroma is pine and resin, pithy citrus, malts, taste is bitter, pine and resin, pithy. Really solid west coast

Pint can partagée avec Kevin et Vincent, canned 02 July 2024. BB?.
Pâle présentant un léger voilen col blanc épais et crémeux.
Arôme est frais dans la lignée des IPA d'antan - cela manque un peu, ici emphase mise sur les houblons avec un rappel des classiques - résine délicate, pin, qcq agrumes.
Palais surn approche assez classique américaine de côte ouest, léger résineux/pin, appui des malts avec un subtile cara pâle, pils, pointe de caramel

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit hops some citrus. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit hops citrus kick and a little chalk.

Can shared by Johnny. Dark yellow golden color, white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, malt bitters, grassy, lightly resin / pine, nice pine hoppy bitter finish. Lovely!

On tap pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit hops and a nice citrus kick. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit and citrus combo.

16oz can pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is light grain some grass hops. Taste is more of the nice light grain grass and some spice.

Can. Orange-amber beer with an orange-cream head. Summer fruit and light tropical fruit aroma. Summer fruit and citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and citrus linger with light earth.
