Gravity cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours black-brown with a creamy, beige head. Medium to big sweet flavour with creamy dark malts, vague dark fruits, molasses, mild cocoa, raisins. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Moderately warming finish, a little eatery, more dried dark fruits, hefty dark malts. Tasty.

Cask at Pig's Ear. Near opaque dark brown beer, thin pale tan head. Light and fairly dry palate, modest fine carbonation. Tangy chocolate malts. Modest ripe fruits. A fairly dry finish. Tastes pretty good but the palate is a little flaccid and too dry for my taste.
