Description
ere you will find multi award winning beers being produced in our specially converted barn set in a quiet wooded valley in West Sussex.

We particularly enjoy brewing old style beers such as porters, stouts and milds. We also produce an extensive range of pale beers and never miss an opportunity to create something new.

Our brewery is set in a beautiful rural location with a quirky little taproom and peaceful outdoor spaces.

Cask at The White Horse, Parsons Green, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Sweet black cherry aroma and taste. Too sweet for me but it's fine.

Cask halfpint at The George (JDW), Croydon. 5%. Deep golden to pale copper colour, minimal head and carbonation. Moderate aroma. Malty flavour with earthy hops in the finish. Not very great.

Pours a dark brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is coffee grounds with some liquorice and ash. Roasted malt and coffee bean taste, bitter dark chocolate, some dark fruit flavours and a roasted finish. Quite a nice stout.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear BF 2019. 5% floral peachy perfumed bitter. odd but just on the ok side. weird perfume lavender. palma violets. eek.

Cask (gravity) @ 36th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2019, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.

[ As Kissingate Little Utter Utter Nutter ].
ABV: 4.8%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, nutty, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, nutty, chocolate, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - Hackney. Pours black-brown with a modest foamy tan head. Moderately sweet, with notes of maple, coffee, cocoa. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation; decent condition. Nicely balanced finish, some tasty maple notes. Good stuff.
