Crowler 1L. Couleur bronze voilée, mousse beige aérienne. Arôme de pamplemousse, houblon feuillu, malt grillé. Goût de malt grillé, légère amertume, un peu herbacé, légèrement terreux, pelure de pamplemousse. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

Tap at brewpub Saint-Laurent. Dark brown colour, small beige head and lace. Toasted, licorice, straw aroma. Light-bodied. Licorice, light fruits and suprisingly hopburn. This abv is challenging for CDA. Neh.

Tap at brewpub Saint-Laurent. Murky yellow colour, small white head. Fruity-juicy pineapple aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Dry pineapple in the flavour, light pellety notes. Aroma has pleasant juicyness but flavour is too dry.

On tap at Siboire, pours a hazy dark reddish amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto and faded tart blueberries. Flavour is pretty weak, with tart, faded blueberries and lacto. The fruit isn't very prominent - it's very mellow and the body is lacking dynamism. It's okay.
