0.33 l bottle from ’De Hopduvel’, best before March 2018. Very hazy (the yeast was swirled up by the carbonation), golden amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish-fruity aroma of lemon, grapefruit and tangerine zest. Sweetish, quite malty, fruity and slightly herbal taste of lemon, ginger, nettles, some caramel and a bit of grapefruit, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, a bit grassy and slightly herbal finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy and rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Very tasty and moreish stuff, really unusual and exciting flavours, just a bit too much carbonation. Quite good!

0.33 l bottle from ’De Hopduvel’, best before March 2018. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity, a bit milky aroma of peach, rye, strawberry jam, ginger and some honey. Quite sweet, rather fruity and slightly herbal taste of peach, blood orange, rye, spruce and some ginger, followed by a long, very bitter, dry and slightly peppery-alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fairly untypical DIPA, interesting malt/grain bill and even hoppier than your average example, yet rather tame aroma. Taste is very pleasant though, and the strong finish is a good counterpart to the sweet malts. Very nice!

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at RBBSG 2016 in Evergem. Hazy, pale straw yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, pineapple and grapefruit. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity taste of lemon, pineapple and grapefruit, followed by a short, moderately fruity-grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Slightly sweetish, fruity-grassy and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of lemon, pineapple, grapefruit and some clove, followed by a medium long, moderately grassy-bitter, dry finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!
