Bottled 375ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear dark red coloured, minimal white head that went away fast, light sour fruity nose. Sour fruity and bretty with notes of grapes and rather tart finish. Quite nice.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Golden/amberish coloured, no head at all, sweet and sourish apricot nose. Sour apricot and light lemony taste with tartish fruity finish.

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Hazy amber, minimal head. Nice stone fruit aroma, quite light, some acidity. Apricot is there, also orange, that's mostly it. Light sourness in the finish. Juicy, oily, sour, moderate carbonation, moderate finish. Flavours are funky, apricot, pit, grain, lemony sourness, quit sharp, puckering.

0.375 l bottle at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Ogi. Deep dark ruby red, minimal head. Aroma is cherry, red fruit. Red wine. Cherry juice. Soft toasty, or even cocoa or tobacco. Soft but serious sourness, wine like, taninic. Very light phenolic or spicy component. Tart finish. Alcohol hidden. Wine-like flavor with different acidity. Moderate to high carbonation. Lacks higher complexity.

0.375 l bottle at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Ogi. Hazy orange to ochre, minimal head. Aroma is slightly funky, quite intensely fruity, apricot, peach, other stone fruit. Vinous, peppery phenols, doughy. Not getting the pear clearly, which isn't that important. Nicely rounded sourness, spiky, spicy, prikly. Body a bit light. Funky and phenolic finish. Fruity flavours, stone fruit, lemony. Quite nice.

0.375 l bottle shared with Antonija 🐁 at Valhalla Craft Beer Bar, Zagreb. Pale ruby red, minimal head. Light cherry aroma, red fruit, raspberry candy. Grainy background. Slightly candy like. Heavy phenolic flavour, burnt plastic, softens down to a cherry pit, still a bit harsh. Persistent red fruit flavour, slightly taninic. Light body, quite drinkable, light, moderately lasting dry fruity finish with a funky touch. Slightly empty.

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, vintage 2017, #pfan11-1218, six years before bbd. Pours slightly hazy peachy dark orange, with a small rocky head. Aroma is acetic notes of apple cider vinegar and fruity notes of apricots, plums, grass and farmhouse notes, as well as wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acetic notes of wine vinegar, grapes, apricots and fruit pits, as well as sour candy, hay, farmhouse notes and wooden barrels.
