0.375 l bottle shared with Jackass at Valhalla Craft Beer Viking Metal Bar, Zagreb. Closing night. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Intensely yeasty, funky, dusty, woody, bretty, lemony, apricot. Yeasty flavour, very dry, cardboard, plastic phenolic, funky. Light body, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish. No saison character, a Brett beer but simple.

375ml at Phill's. Vintage 2017. Appearance: clear purple with no head. Aroma: smells like aaaaa sh$t, i.e. manure, some strange chemicals. Taste: along the same lines, cherries. Overall: total meh.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy bright pinkish red with almost no head. Aroma is full of manure, horse blanket, earthy notes, and a little pithy cherries. Flavour has some phenolic notes, with manure, tart cherries and a touch of balsamic. Fairly rubbery, with manure, tart cherries and balsamic. Lots of poop in here. This isn't great.

Aroma is tart, vinous notes of grapes, berries and floral bretty notes, as well as hay, light funky notes of leather. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acidic fruity notes of grapes, plums and sour candy, as well as floral brett, funky notes and wooden notes.Â

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Golden/amberish coloured, no head at all, sweet and sourish apricot nose. Sour apricot and light lemony taste with tartish fruity finish.
