Description
Septem Microbrewery was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.

Our mission is to provide our customers with fresh, high quality products by taking advantage of the wealth of aromas and flavours in malt and hops while searching for the diverse flavours they have to offer. Our vision is to become a premier Greek microbrewery whose products will be a point of reference for a distinctive quality beer, synonymous with gastronomic pleasure.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Klare goldene Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, Honig, getreidig. Geschmack mild hopfig, süß, deutliche Honig Noten.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Fast klare orange goldene Farbe. Geruch mild fruchtig, Pfirsich. Geschmack mild hopfig, Pfirsich, grasig, grapefruit.

Orangish color, white head with good retention. Aroma has notes of floral hops, some caramel and peachy hints. Flavor is slightly bittery, notes of honey, peach and lightly orange. Slightly sweetness in the final.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grapefruit, oranges, piney. Taste is grapefruit, piney, good residual sweetness, quite intense. Bittersweet finish. Medium to hig carbonation. Very lecker!

Bottle. Clear golden color with small white head. Aroma is oranges, tangerines, piney, caramel. Taste is orange, piney-resinous hops, and a solid residual sweetness for a Pale Ale. Quite a high carbonation though.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy, honey, grapefruit, a bit piney. Taste is honey, sweet, a bit too sweet for me. Medium carbonation. Okay.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is oranges, peaches, resinous. Taste is peaches, sweet, a bit buttery, sirupy even. Not so much wheat character left. Ok.

Bottle. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate. Taste is chocolate, a bit lacto, roasted malts, coffee. Dry finish, medium carbonation. Quite easily drinkable.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (21/01/2017) - fuzzy golden coloured pour with white head. Citrus fruity hoppy and malty aroma and taste, satsuma, lemon, straw, some delicate grassy and floral nuances, hoppy bitter finish.

Draught. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Orange notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
