Description
Septem Microbrewery was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.

Our mission is to provide our customers with fresh, high quality products by taking advantage of the wealth of aromas and flavours in malt and hops while searching for the diverse flavours they have to offer. Our vision is to become a premier Greek microbrewery whose products will be a point of reference for a distinctive quality beer, synonymous with gastronomic pleasure.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Amber pour with white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, with some caramel and syrup notes, quiet overt sweet into the finish.

Bottle. Dark brown turning to black. Good fluffy head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and hops. Taste is hops at first and then chocolate and coffee take over and linger on. Medium carbonation. Quite alright.

Bottle. Golden with a small head. Aroma of mainly honey, some malts and some floral hops. Taste is honey, malts and a nice hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Grainy and sweet. Medium carbonation. Easy drinking. Nice.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Dark Amber pour with off white head. Sweet malty and fruity action, has some prominent hoppy sorachi spice going on, clean fruity and malty, does have a rather overt boozy finish.

Bottle at home. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, honey, bit strange floral and metallic firework taste, barley, old hops. Big sweet and light bitter. Medium body and average carbonation. Bottle at In de Wildeman. Slight hazy amber with beige head. Lots of caramel, dank hops, resin, marmalade, light weeds, flowers, quite some yeast and light cheese. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Almost full bodied with slick feel.
