33cl Bottle brought from Syros by my in-laws, thanks Kerry&Petros! Clear amber colour, slightly off white head. Nice aroma of floral hops, passionfruit, toasted malts, caramel, some citrus. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, some caramel, good floral hoppiness, fruity again, nice juicy bitter finish with some caramel. Medium bodied. That’s 3 strikes in a row for Septem imo. Really nice beers.

33cl Bottle brought from Syros, Greece by my in-laws, thanks Kerry & Petros! Clear deep golden colour, white head. Aroma is really nice, soft honey, flowery, hint of apricot and citrus, smooth hops. Or as my gf said: smells like spring. Flavour is light sweet, honey, pale malts, floral, light citrus, nice dry and light piney hoppy finish with a little lingering honey. Light to medium bodied, soft and well balanced beer. Highly enjoyable.

8/29/2011: 33cl Bottle brought from Syros, Greece by my in-laws, thanks Kerry & Petros! Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of pale malts, medium sweet and flowery, some light grassy hops, very light sourish note. Flavour is malty, medium sweet, flowery, light bready, light grassy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice. 736312 Re-rate Aug2016: Multiple 50cl bottles at Allou Giallou, Kini Beach, Syros. Slightly hazy deep golden / golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, lemon peel, sweet lemon, light grassy. Flavour is crisp, light malty, some caramel sweetness, nice floral and lemony hoppiness, grassy bitter finish. Light bodied, a bit fizzy so don’t drink it straight from the bottle. Great pils, way better than I remembered. The hot climate might have something to do with it though. 838316

Light golden amber. The hops are floral, fruity but I wouldn’t have pegged them as Sauvin. Soft and balanced, with a pleasant character. Lightly fruity, with a toasty, biscuity malt balance.

Golden with a light sparkle. Soft berryish hops on the nose with light spiciness. Pleasant, spicy hop character with a clean pale malt backdrop. Very nice pils.

Bottled, thanks Nightfall! Clear deep golden, brief head. Citric grapefruit aroma. Dry with clean, hard mouthfeel and very heavy spritzy carbonation. Lot of grapefruity hops, but all flavours are somewhat diluted by the heavy carbobation.

Bottled, thanks Nightfall! Clear pale yellow, brief head. Grassy nose with slight grapefruit. Very dry and crisp with clean mouthfeel and plenty of CO2. Decidedly German in malt profile, going for that crisp, ultra-dry sparkling freshness these beers offer. The hops come across a tad more citric, and is actually on the lower end of the spectre. The bitterness is a bit too toned down for my preferences. I like what they are doing, but thay are not quite there yet.
