330ml bottle from the Old Railway Line online store. Sparkling, clear bright golden colour, white foamy head that dissipates away to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple with sulphury hint. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, alittle green apple, skin and core, with slight bittersweet & tannic notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.

18/9/2020. From BIAB at the Fat Cat, Ipswich. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aroma is pear, orange, citrus. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Sweet pie finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweet, juicy apple, some tanginess and a light hint of funk. Watery mouthfeel, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-sweet slightly tangy finish. Quite OK.
