Our 200 acres of luscious orchards have been farmed for over 8 generations. Chosen for growth and taste profiles, eight cider apple varieties are grown.
With full control from ‘Pip to Pint’, we grow, pick and press on site; blending with precision to create our international award-winning ciders. Our production cycle is completed within 5 miles of our farm. Waste pomace is used to produce green energy and supply us with CO2 to create our sparkling ciders and we package our drinks at our sister company, Marches Bottling & Packaging in Bromyard.

Keg @ White Lion, Heptonstall. Clear golden-yellow colour. Has plenty of apple nose and taste and goes down very well.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry apples, zesty and light sulphorish. Mild sweet, light apples and mild citric note. Lingering sweet and mild fruity finish.

500ml bottle from my local Co-Op, Shrewsbury. Pours clear deep gold. Aroma is very light, fruity apple. Taste is clean and accessible but ultimately rather low on apple flavour. Lacking real character to make this memorable.

Sampled @ GBBF day 2. Clear yellow golden color, no head. Smell apple juice, green apple. Taste apple, quite sweet. Not much more to tell really. I don’t dislike it, but it’s not that special either.
