Thanks to Erzengel for this one! Pours cloudy amber with a frothy white head, lacing the rim. Aroma of yeast, wine must. Taste has some nice sweet caramel malt, light grain and floral notes, some mild hoppiness. Palate has some earthy notes, hoppy resin that lingers on the nose. Quite good.

500ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Mildly grassy and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, pale malty background, slight grassy spiciness as well, a touch of sweet-ish, overripe, yellow gooseberry. Taste is mildly bitter, slightly grassy and fruity hoppy, pale malty basis with some residual sweetness and a slightly spicy touch, unspecific fruitiness (no more precisely to describe than green and yellow, maybe partially unripe), very light tartness, a mineral touch, Oily texture, smooth, soft and silky palate, medium to fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, clean, mild, almost a bit cautious - good!

Flaska från Bierothek. Disig ljusgul vätska med högt kritvitt Mjuk och len och samtidigt torr och krispig. Blommigt och aromatiskt hö, nybakat bröd, jäst, örter, gräs, lätt harzig lätt besk humle, krita. Generösa (ofiltrerade) smaker med djup och nyanser. Fantastiskt gott och perfekt till schnitzeln. Wunderbar

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Sunday 19th February 2023 listening to Billy Nomates - Cacti, smoking a Pulled Pork Joint, along with Smoked Coleslaw and Carolinar Vinegar Sauce. Pours dark hazy amber with an off white head, lovely soft mouthfeel. Nice body, a touch on the light side but that’s good I guess if you want a couple, light banana and clove and yeastiness. Nice beer.

Bottle, huge thanks to Kappldav123! Hazy golden with a mid sized white head. Herbal earthy hoppy nose. Medium bodied, malty, with shy hints of caramel and butter biscuits, herbal resiny hoppy in the finish.

Bottled. Amber colour with a small white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is peat, some smoked wet wood, mild bready notes as well as some slight herbs. Flavour is peated malts, mild smoked wet wood, some alcohol as well as caramel and mild herbal and grassy notes to it. Smooth, and nicely bitter along with the smoked notes.
