Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 02/07/24. Clear light blonde with a thin white cap that clears to spotting. Nose is herb, straw, grains, light booze, honey, sugars. Taste comprises heather honey, sugars, booze, spice, watermelon, floral tones. Medium bodied with bite, oily feel, semi drying close with a rising alcoholic warmth. Decent enough Mead.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - clear salmon pink. Nose - more honey than elderberry but something berry comes late. Taste - honey and Berry. Palate - medium bodied and sweet. Overall - decent.
