Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - light yellow and bright with a very light haze. Nose - booze and honey. Candied lemon. Taste - more candied lemon and honey. Woody. Palate - medium bodied with a sweet boozy and woody edge. Overall - ok but where's the plum!

Big bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - golden yellow and clear. No carbonation or head as expected. Nose - honey and orange zest. Wood lurking. Taste - orange, wood and honey. Very much marmalade on the finish. Palate - full bodied, rich and tangy middle and finish. Overall - good if not exciting for the style.

Bag in a box at GBBF 2022. Clear pale gold no head. Fruit and some wood hedgerow character. some sweetness no doubt. bit if heat bit of pepper. a little challenging pepper. decent. Good character.

Bag in a box at GBBF 2022. Clear pale gold colour no head. Good citrus herb aroma on a mead. quite sweet. a traditional mead sweetness. decent level of dry sherry character. yep pretty good. decent enough.
