Bottle. Color: Clear orangish golden, thin white head. Aroma: Appleskin, subtle funky notes. Taste: Sweet overripe apples, some appleskin, tannins and farmyard funk. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Quite some carbonation for a Cider. Bit foamy mouthfeel. Light bitterness. Ok.

Sample from trade with Sjogro, cheers Sjoerd! Pours a golden colour with no head. Aroma of juicy apple, apple pie, caramel, some funk. Flavour is tangy apple, some tartness, funky, musty & earthy, with spicy tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a quickly dissipating white head. Nose is full of that lovely French barnyard funk, musty apple skins, and champagne-like effervescence. Flavour manages that beautiful mix of sweet yet dry, with champagne-like effervescence, barnyard funk and musty apples. Lots of depth. Just lovely.
