On tap at the ca del brado Collab fest. Pours a hazy copper with quite a frothy big head. Aroma is very typical for the style, lots of caramel, light hops, sweet, light earthiness. Medium body. Flavour is sweet, loads of caramel, lightest of funk notes, sweet and sour finish. Well made, a bit on the sweet side imho but very drinkable.

Sour cuvee, with lots of pomegranate. Slight vinegar taste but very easy to drink. Love these elegant labels.

0,75l bottle at home. BB 02/2023. light yellow clear color, medium big white head. smells grassy, earthy, lychee, bit leathery, bit yeasty, peppery. nice smell. light body, pearly carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, some rye bread, bit leathery, brett forward, some lime, tobacco, lightly fruity. finishes medium bitter with notes of grass, tobacco and peppery notes. pretty decent one, looses a bit towards the finish. rather drinkable for the ABV.

33cl bottle (7,3%) from Cave Pierël beer store in Clermont-l’Hérault, France. F: medium, egg-white, long lasting. C: amber, hazy. A: malty, spicy, mellow fruity, herbal, honey. T: medium to full malty base, fruity, herbal, bit honey, orange peels touch, medium carbonation, long lasting bitterness, enjoyable for the style.

Bottle. Nice label. Color: Slightly hazy golden, very thin fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Smoke, fruity, floral hints, light tartness. Taste: Quite complex mix of smoke, floral and herbal notes, subtle fruity and oak wood notes, horse blanket wild yeast funk. Light to moderate tart, light sweet and very light bitter. Quite thin body. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Very low carbonation. Nicely balanced. Quite unusual. Reminds me of German Lichtenhainers. Nice.
