Rerate: 75 cl bottle. Cloudy orange color, medium lasting head. Sweet and fruity aroma, bit yeasty even. Still not real spicy. Also sweet yeasty taste, hint of orange. Slight alcohol burn. Original rate: Cheap triple. Not with the spicy taste i like a triple to be. Flaw beer, too less taste.

I am really enjoying watching the yeast clumps (ugh) flying all over my glass as the carbonation is really zipping along. I've got more foam than beer, and it's a straight-sided glass. A very crazy head formation after a couple of minutes - like a topographical map of Guadalcanal or something. Spicy aroma - some citrus, a lot of yeast, sage, Styrians (I think - there could be some noble stuff in there as well). The palate is soft, malt accented, with some light orangey (mandarins) notes, dry finish. Good quencher, not terribly complex. I kind of like this.
